🔁 Store Credit Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only, which never expires.

  • “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return.

📩 How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please contact us for a return authorization. Items must be:

  • Sent back within 10 days of receipt

  • Safely packaged with bubble wrap or protective materials

  • Accompanied by a copy of your original invoice

Important: Items returned without authorization or damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for credit.

🚫 Returned Packages & Fees

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

  • Failure to pick up the package

...the original shipping fee plus any return shipping charges will be deducted from the issued store credit.
