New Policy on International Shipping:

We ship all orders through the US Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation usually within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your paid order. We urge customers to upgrade to Priority Mail if your total shipping cost is under $5.00 as Priority Mail offers better tracking IDs and service.

Once we generate a shipping confirmation number, that means your package will be accepted at the Post Office that or the next business day. Chances are that the USPS will NOT show acceptance or tracking of First Class packages on their website. They are only required to show the date and time the package is delivered to the recipient.

The best way to estimate when your package will arrive is by class of service. First Class Mail (up to 13 oz) is usually 2-8 business days and Priority Mail is usually 1-3 business days from the time we ship. However, delays can be experienced because of weather conditions, local carrier service, individual sorting station / government slow downs, or disruptions due to heavy holiday mail volume.

WE URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE TO PRIORITY MAIL if your package is scheduled for First Class Mail - as we have found First Class Mail has become unacceptably slow in the U.S.

We strive to ship your package as fast as humanly possible with a clean, bar coded label that helps speed it through the postal system.


Although returns are rare, we have a specific return policy to protect goods in transit. If you wish to return any item, please convo us first and obtain a return authorization. You have up to 10 days from time of receipt to decide on making a return. Returns must be made in the original shipping container, with a copy of the invoice, with its bubble wrap and packing material so item will arrive back at our warehouse undamaged. Return breakage due to failure to notify Bliss Crystals of a return or to re-package sufficiently will forfeit refunds.

Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Bliss Crystals. This return fee, plus original shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds made.


We are happy to ship to our Friends in all Canadian Provinces, the EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore and other approved countries. However, we are not responsible for customs fees, delays, lost or wayward international orders as they are not trackable from the USA. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Bliss Crystals and supplying an international shipping address, Buyer agrees to be responsible for and track lost or delayed shipments in their home country. Bliss Crystals specifically is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility.

It is an investment to ship larger packages usually over 1 lb so we encourage our international customers to include multiple items to make the journey worthwhile. If the shipping charges for your order are calculated substantially beyond actual cost, we will refund excess ship charges, anything over $10.00 USD
