They have just a little bit of their natural nooks and crannies left so you can tell they came straight from the Earth! the color is simply marvelous, streaks and layers of mustard and golden yellow and brown mineral. These are a deeper yellow color. No two are alike! They have a light, shiny natural polished finish so they feel good in the hand. Yellow Jasper is famed for its protective qualities for travelers. Both my husband and I have a big one right up front in our cars and I always gift Yellow Jasper to my family friends when they buy a new car.

This is a very lovely custom crafted tumbled stone with a refreshing, translucent, spring green color that is semi-translucent. What I like most about this stone is that it retains the natural curves of the Prehnite without being overly processed by the tumbler. It has natural nooks and crannies that are more natural and simply beautiful. Overall the Prehnite is calming. Notes From My Professional ExperienceIn my healing practice, I use Prehnite primarily for profound metaphysical healing and heart healing. It is one of the premier stones when one must calm the heart and allow the higher self to lead, rather than the ego. This crystal is excellent for calming the physical environment in an energy grid or in the garden. It is helpful to re-unite one with nature, rather than the unreal world created by the will and ego. I just love the undulating layers of blue on these stones, like waves in the ocean. These are very different from blue lace agate because they are quite translucent with very little matrix stone. In fact, they look very similar to gemmy Blue Chalcedony - however, they are pure Blue Agate. The patterns range from cloud like spots, layered bands to rounded lacey designs. They are tumbled smooth and the perfect size for medicine bags, jewelry and crafts. These have a quiet calming energy and would be suitable for wire wrapping, cutting or otherwise finer lapidary work.
