Fenster Quartz is wonderful, mysterious, and sparkling chunks of multi-dimensional quartz, many with special features such as rainbows, sidecars, double terminations, and beautiful large facets.  They are clean, sparkly, clear, diamond-like chunks with multiple faces, points, and gorgeous shapes. This is a type of Elestial Clear Quartz formation. They look very similar to Herkimer Diamonds at a budget price.  This batch is particularly suited for wire wrapping.  Each one is very special and I will select intuitively for you (always works out well).

A rough version of crystal is usually cut from a much larger piece of mined material that is too large or heavy to be used by a person. Rough chunks such as calcites are often acid washed to subtly smooth out rough edges that may cause cuts or injury and to prevent further flaking or breakage.
