Apophyllite is a group name for several types of crystals mainly found in India that are clear colorless or green. K2, also known as Chhogori/Qogir, Ketu/Kechu, and Mount Godwin-Austen, is the second highest mountain in the world at 8,611 metres, after Mount Everest. The Azurite grows in the form of "puffballs" within the granite, so when it is cut into slabs and polished, the round dark blue Azurite appears as circular forms. The light grey granite forms a good contrast for the gorgeous Azurite.
