Chair Reiki sessions offer an opportunity to receive uplifting and healing energy that creates greater flow and relaxation in one's body. A client will comfortably relax in a padded chair with eyes gently closed, while drifting off to peaceful music surrounding them. The practitioner will silently work with the client's energy field through hand movements and breathwork. While miracles can occur, generally one's response to receiving the energy is spaciousness, peace and calm paired with a new outlook on life.
