To begin a return, please contact us for a return authorization. Items must be:

Sent back within 10 days of receipt

Safely packaged with bubble wrap or protective materials

Accompanied by a copy of your original invoice
Important: Items returned without authorization or damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for credit.
🚫 Returned Packages & Fees
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or insufficient address

Refusal to pay customs fees

Failure to pick up the package
...the original shipping fee plus any return shipping charges will be deducted from the issued store credit.
