This size is especially suited for medicine wheels, grids, pocket or palm stone or healing layouts.Notes From My Professional ExperienceIn my healing practice, I find Tourmalinated Quartz is one of the more powerful balancing stones and I love to use it in Feng Shui applications. One can be placed in each area of the bagua to pull them together and is wonderful paired with Selenite. As its colors indicate, it is used to harmonize polarities, so this is the stone to use when transforming negative energies into positive ones. It resonnates with the energies of the I Ching and Chinese medicine so is a very good compliment to learning or practicing these arts. Mental/Emotional: For the thought process, use it to transform negativity into positive action, thoughts, emotions. One of the best stones for people working with the "shadow" side of their psyche so that they do not revert to self sabatoge behaviors. HOW TO USE THIS CRYSTALNotes From My Professional ExperienceIn my healing practice, I often include a Quartz Generator in a healing grid or medicine wheel. Smoky Quartz is one of my favorite stones as it is a super healer, protective and one of the most grounding (anchoring) stones on the planet.
