Oh, Sweet Palo Santo Wood from Peru and the beautiful Burseara Graveolens tree! Also called "Holy Wood" it is closely related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal but has its own distinctive, woodsy fragrance. Palo Santo is a renewable and completely natural aromatic wood that is bio-friendly as it is collected from fallen branches and trees. (Yes the Peruvian government protects these trees so none are cut for harvesting this wood).
