Although returns are rare, we have a specific return policy to protect goods in transit. If you wish to return any item for store credit, please contact us first and obtain a return authorization. You have up to 10 days from the time of receipt to decide on making a return (for store credit only). No "Final Sale" items may be returned. Returns must be made with a copy of the invoice and packaged within bubble wrap or packing material so items will arrive back at our warehouse undamaged. Return breakage due to failure to notify Bliss Crystals of a return or to re-package sufficiently will forfeit your store credit.
Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address, or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Bliss Crystals. This return fee, plus original shipping fees will be deducted from any store credit given.
