Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and other web payments selectable at checkout. Cash, money orders, checks and other methods are not available on this website. And of course we accept Bliss Crystals store credits and gift cards/certificates that carry a code. Just enter the code when completing checkout. Our E-Gift Cards are instantly delivered via e-mail and redeemable on our website. All of our Gift Cards/Certificates never expire.
Orders
We process orders very quickly so it is usually not possible to change or cancel an order once received. However, you can send a request to return an order at info@blisscrystals.com.
Shipping
At this time we ship to the 50 United States as we have found international shipping to be problematic due to the pandemic. Usually, transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US. All of our packages are trackable through USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking link. We offer Free Shipping on orders $75 or more.
Shipping costs are variable depending on the destination and package weight/size. Normally we are able to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Larger and more complex orders may take longer to pack and adequately protect fragile crystals. However, we strive to pick, pack and ship as quickly as possible both to protect your precious crystals and to speed them to their new home. In every instance, Bliss Crystals keeps shipping costs to a minimum and charges only enough to cover costs.
Returns
Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address, or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Bliss Crystals. This return fee, plus original shipping fees will be deducted from any store credit given.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blisscrystals.com and we will help set up a return shipping label and instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they be able to decide on the next step.
Sizing Details
Each web listing has a section on the size and/or weight of the item. Please scroll down to see this information within the listing itself. Do not depend on the designations of Small, Medium, Large or XL in the title as those terms may be subjective. There are no industry wide standards that apply to crystal sizing so we have created a standard within each category that we believe is descriptive. Again, please see more exact measurements within the listing for the most accurate information.
Wholesale Availability
Wholesale means that you are re-selling the items in your shop or online store and buying in bulk quantities by the pound, kilo or flat. We offer bulk sales to Re-Sellers with a minimum order of $1,000 and minimum quantities. Please contact us to discuss your needs. Our Wholesale Accounts are best served by estimating their needs over the course of a year so we can stock adequate inventory from the wholesale Gem Shows just for you.
